Organizing for Your Lifestyle Review

Organizing for Your Lifestyle: Adaptable Inspirations Socks to Suitcases Review + Giveaway

Organizing Your LifestyleAs many people might be aware I live in what some would consider a tiny house, we call it our “Shrinky Dink” house.

Since we live in such a small home every space is vital and each space must be maximized whenever and wherever possible. There are many boxes stacked on shelves and labels are used all the time.

I am always open to finding new tips and when I saw an opportunity to review Organizing for Your Lifestyle: Adaptable Inspirations from Socks to Suitcases by Jane Stoller.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Book Publicity Services. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

I received a copy of Organizing for Your Lifestyle: Adaptable Inspirations from Socks to Suitcases by Jane Stoller with the hopes I would pick up some more organizing tips.

Organizing for Your Liftstyle TOCLet me just start by saying that this book has many tips and covers everything from socks to suitcases. The author, Jane Stoller has lived in her share of smaller homes and has learned the art of maximizing space.

The book is broken into well-organized chapters, and within each chapter is an explanation about the storage in that area and her preferred storage and storage tips. Almost any storage store would provide tools for organizing, I would just look around for your needed and then find an appropriate storage.

This is a good book, and covers topics such as what to fold and what to hang. Each section begins with a quote that is meant to inspire you. There is even a chapter on travel, and the best tips to use while packing.

If you want an easy to read book that will shift your perspective on storage this is the book you have been looking for.

My biggest organizing problem is papers! Store coupons, restaurant coupons, newspapers and articles I want to read, flyers, school papers, mail, bills…and so on!

My biggest problem is that I am chaotically organized. I have to have things organized but within the organization, there has to be chaos. Example is I have containers organizing all my kitchen gadgets. Inside of those organized containers everything is mixed up. Makes it so hard.

My biggest organizational problem would be lack of space. My living situation doesn’t allow me much space and that makes it hard to keep even a few things in order.
