    I make resolutions, but i try to make realistic ones. ie: put back and extra 20.00 a month..that kind. most months i follow through with it.

    Yes, I make them every year and run about 50% sticking with them. I try not to make something that’s impossible to achieve.

    I typically do not make new years resolutions. I usually just decide to make a change sometime through out the year. Then succeed or fail depending on the difficulty of the task I have set myself.

    I always throw my resolutions out the window by February, so the last few years, I have done a 2 week juice cleanse as a jump start and I stick with that!

    I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions, but I do set new goals throughout the year. Sometimes I accomplish them, sometimes I have to try again!
