Our Favorite Finds from the Gluten-Free and Allergen Friendly Expo San Diego – 2018

2018 marks my 3rd year attending the Gluten-Free Allergen Friendly Expo in Del Mar, and my 3rd being a blogger and ambassador. It is the first expo of the year I attend, and one of my favorite to get a peek at some new products and my new favorites.

I was an official brand ambassador to the Gluten-Free Allergen Friendly Expo for 2018 and tickets to the Del Mar show were provided to me free of charge courtesy of GlutenFreeMediaGroup and this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own. Here are my favorites from the 2018 Gluten-Free and Allergen Friendly Expo

Enjoy Life Redesign – This year Enjoy Life changed all their packaging to the industry known turquoise. This color began showing up on pumpkins to make people aware of hones with allergy concerns, and now it is the color for this food brand that is missing the typical allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs to name a few.

Smart Flour Foods – I love Smart Flour Products and love seeing them at shows. It has become a tradition of min e to get a photo with their mascot Smarty, and this show was no exception. Each year they sample their foods, and wow me a little more.

Sauce Goddess Relish – Fresh off an appearance on Rooster and Butch, Sauce Goddess now has relish. I am looking forward to doing a full review and giveaway of these since I love the sauce, I am excited to see and taste this new addition.

Brazi Bites – Since my first introduction on Shark Tank to now, I love these balls of goodness! These are delicious and always a yummy booth to stop and visit.

Cook’s Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread – The one downside to gluten-free breads is that you can tell something is “different” about them, and with Cook’s there was no difference. This is one of the best gluten-free breads I have ever tasted!

Namaste Cake Cups – While I have reviewed Namaste products in the past, this was a new item for me. I love the idea of an organic cake in cup, great for people who don’t want the whole cake but enjoy the taste.

BFree Blogger Appreciation Swag Bag – BFree was the sponsor of the blogger breakfast this year, and they really did it up for us this year including a resting place, photo area and cell phone charging. In addition they also sent us home with a great blogger bag full of BFree product and branded products.

Samples Galore – Each year one of the bonuses is taking home samples and literature. I love getting bags to use when shopping, coupons and samples to share! This is a great event to get your allergen friendly samples.

The Gluten-Free and Allergen Friendly Expo features over 100 exhibiting brands, samples and coupons, classes that are related to the gluten-free and allergen friendly lifestyles, the opportunity to meet brands and bloggers and a free reusable bag to hold all your new discoveries.
