Dr. Jacobs Naturals: Eucalyptus Castile Liquid Soap Review

Dr. Jacobs Naturals: Eucalyptus Castile Liquid Soaps – Review + Giveaway

I have mentioned in the past that one of my favorite soaps to use is castile soap. The reason for this is that it is one of the most gentle soaps while remaining the most versatile and adaptable soaps on the market.

As I have gotten older I have seen the need products that are pure and simple. When I was young I loved things that smelled good, and really did not care about the product much further than that. Even when it came to my dog, it was my goal to make him smell good. As I have aged, I have learned what the good smelling things can actually do to your skin,

As I said above, castile soap is versatile and simple. Last year I came across a company called Dr. Jacob Naturals and their line of castile based soaps. I recently reviewed their set of exfoliating bar soaps and received a couple of samples of their liquid soaps. As I was washing my hands that night, I began wondering how this would do in other applications and was eager to give it a try.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Dr Jacobs Naturals.. This post may contain affiliate links, but this in no way influences the review to follow.

I was sent a 16 oz bottle of Dr. Jacobs Eucalyptus Castile Liquid Soap soap by Dr. Jacobs Naturals for review.

Since I had already used the soap to wash my hands, I wanted to give it a try as a body wash. The Eucalyptus had a fresh smell that I thought would be a nice shower smell, and I was right. As a bonus, I was not feeling well and had some congestion. Luckily Eucalyptus has a cooling effect on the sinuses as well as a refreshing effect that seemed to clear my head. The Eucalyptus leaf can also be used for infections, fever’s, upset stomach, and to help loosen coughs. In addition, Eucalyptus oil may also have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties

Dr. Jacobs Eucalyptus Castile Liquid Soap comes with a pump bottle, and has larger bottles available which makes refilling a simple and viable option.

One of my favorite things about Dr. Jacobs products is that all of Dr. Jacobs Soaps are Non-GMO, they contain no artificial dyes or coloring, and they contain no palm oil, sulfates or parabens. As an added bonus they are also gluten-free, cruelty free and made here in the USA, and do not contain any preservatives.

I was really happy with Dr. Jacobs Eucalyptus Castile Liquid Soap, and while I am not going to give my animals a bath with it (I want them to have no scent) I, on the other hand am going to be using this for myself and it already has a place in my body wash rotation.

Give Dr. Jacobs Naturals a try and discover your new favorite soap and soap company!

I do like either a Eucalyptus or a mint body wash, I also like a good oatmeal body wash for when my skin is really dry.

I love Dr. Bronner’s citrus castile soap. I have never tried Dr. Jacobs, never seen it around where I live.

My favorite “wash”? Hmm, I don’t know of a particular brand. Something scented lavender? Or eucalyptus?
