Since castile soap is one of the most versatile soap’s it is able to have other ingredients added, while maintaining the pure nature of castile soap, and getting the essential oils benefits. I have been lucky enough to review a range of Dr. Jacobs Naturals Soaps, including this Citrus Crush Cocktail Bar and Citrus Liquid Soap.

I was sent a 16 oz and 32 oz bottle of Citrus Castile Soap and a Bar of Citrus Crush Cocktail Soap by Dr. Jacobs Naturals for review.

The Dr Jacobs Citrus Soaps contain citrus essential oils and are a natural source of vitamin C, which helps destroy free radicals the body while providing a glow to your skin by rejuvenating skin from the inside. This is particularly good if you have sun spots or uneven skin tone, citrus products can help. In addition the fresh scent can brighten any day.

One of my favorite things about Dr. Jacobs products is that all of Dr. Jacobs Soaps are Non-GMO, they contain no artificial dyes or coloring, and they contain no palm oil, sulfates or parabens. As an added bonus they are also gluten-free, cruelty free and made here in the USA, and do not contain any preservatives.

I work in a pharmacy, so it’s hard to avoid people with colds. I just wash my hands a lot.

“Citrus contains Vitamin C, how do you ward off fall colds??” I’ve been lucky in the last few years, but, still, I don’t know that I really “ward off” anything!

I ward off colds by washing my hands often, eating well, and getting enough rest. Through the winter I often drink hot rose hip tea which is very high in anti oxidants and vitamin C.

We make sure to wash our hands a lot and use a household sanitizing spray. I also just got some cleaner which is supposed to help.

Adequate sleep, good nutrition, and lots of handwashing seems to work pretty well to ward off colds.

I take a multivitamin every day, but I don’t load up on Vitamin C or anything. I don’t get colds very often. Guess I’m just lucky in that way. I’m a firm believer in maintaining an active lifestyle, so I think that helps.

I make sure to wash my hands after doing things like grocery shopping or errands. I also take my shoes off when I enter the house so as not to track germs throughout. This would be wonderful, thank you so much!

I healed my immune system and rarely get sick. No longer do I have seasonal sinus infections. I wish there was an easy fix, but it take a multi-level approach.

I wash my hands frequently to ward off colds. Also, I try to stay away from sick people, but that’s hard when you have kids.
