Live Clean: Fresh Water Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Live Clean: Fresh Water Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner Review + Giveaway

Being a San Diego resident, if there is one thing that we do not see often it is rain, which can be a downside. The smell after a fresh rain is second to none and leaves the ground and the area around smelling fresh and clean.

One of my favorite scents is rain/fresh water. When the scent is able to be bottled up and put into a shampoo and conditioner, than you have a clear scent winner. Since I am such a “Fresh” fan I was curious if the the Live Clean: Fresh Water Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner would meet the scent expectations i had. I will give you a hint – it did!

Legacy Shave: Legacy Shave Gift Box Review

Joining the Evolution of Shaving with the Legacy Shave Kit – A Review & Giveaway

Let’s be honest, shopping for men can be difficult. When asked what gifts a man would like, often times you get a grunt or a moan of “I dunno”.

This gift giving predicament has been in my life since I was young girl. Each Father’s Day I would agonize and search for the perfect gift. I wanted a gift that my father would love, use and appreciate. Once I got older, I thought when I got married these gifts for men would be easier – I was wrong.

I am lucky though, my husband is very flexible and is always willing to try something new. Giving his easy going nature about trying things, even if they are gifts, when I saw that Legacy Shave had a gift set with their Evolution Brush, I knew this would be the gift that he would love, use and appreciate.

Hartz: Delectables SqueezeUp Cat Treats Review

Spending Quality Time With Maggee and Delectables SqueezeUp Cat Treats + A Giveaway

Since the day that we adopted Maggee she has been giving us pieces of her personality. Prior to us adopting her she was shuttled from home to home and having kittens in between. When we adopted her we knew her history, and so we set out to not only be her last home but also her best home. We began to work with her on being held, and while frustrating at times, that seemed to be the key to her opening up.

It started with us holding her in the middle of the floor, where she had no out to jump down. Within less than a month, she was loving being held and began to seek it out. Flash forward 5 years later, being held is a vital part of her day, and she actively seeks out that love.

Now there are numerous things she has began to love, and spending time bonding with her humans is high on her list, as is food. If I can combine the two, she is in cat heaven. When we recently received the Hartz: Delectables SqueezeUp Cat Treats I knew that I could use it as a bonding opportunity with a treat.

Stampin’ Up: Love Today Planner Review

Keep Love on the Schedule – Love Today Planner by Stampin’ Up Review + Giveaway

There are busy days ahead, there is no doubt – the school season has returned. With this new year comes appointments, meetings, carpools, assignments due and somehow finding time for you to breathe.

One of the biggest struggles is keeping all these dates and schedules straight. I have tried to make sticky notes in strategic places that I know I will see. These fall and inevitably end up doing nothing more than assisting me in forgetting the event. I have tried phone reminders but I end up “snoozing” those, and before I know it, I have snoozed through another event. There is one method that helps me keep events and dates in order – a nice planner. I am a simple gal and need a calendar, room to write events and places to put random pieces of paper.

A couple of years ago my favorite planner finally had met it’s fateful end while I was sad, I never anticipated that it would be so difficult to replace. Ever since I had that loss I have been on a search for an adequate replacement. When I saw the new Love Today Planner Kit by Stampin’ Up it was the closest thing to my beloved planner.

Buffalo Range: All Natural Buffalo Treats Review

Buffalo Range: All Natural Buffalo Rawhide Treats Review & Giveaway

As a pet guardian I am a firm believer that as “guardians” it is our job to make our pets have the best life possible. This could be from giving them attention when they want it, giving them the best food available or making sure the treats they have are pure.

As much as we love our pets, we are unable to communicate with them. Due to this we are responsible for making their food decisions for them. When I look for treats, my goal is to give them the most pure products with ingredients I can pronounce.

When I learned about the new Buffalo Range All Natural Buffalo Rawhide Treats I knew that I wanted Meadow to have the opportunity to try them since I had read that they were natural and did not contain preservatives or fillers.

Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair: Color Guard Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Keep Your Color With Schwarzkopf Color Guard Shampoo and Conditioner – Review and Giveaway

I remember the day it happened. It was a sunny day and not a cloud in the sky. Despite the lack of clouds above, As I do each morning, I went to brush my hair and discovered that the day I had been dreading was finally here – my first grey hair appeared.

As memorable as this moment was, it was not a complete surprise since I had long suspected that I would gray earlier than most of my peers. Since I had always had this suspicion I began to color my hair while I was still a teen.

One problem I have always encountered when I color my hair is that the color tends to fade and lighten much earlier than I would like. Also, since I recently colored my hair, it was the ideal time to give the new Schwarzkopf Gliss Color Guard Shampoo and Conditioner a try.

Rigoni Di Asiago: Nocciolata Organic Hazelnut Spread Review

Sit & Have Some Rigoni Di Asiago: Nocciolata Organic Hazelnut Spread With Me!

A Review + Giveaway

Each morning when I wake up and begin my process of starting my day one of the first things I look for is a tasty morning treat. One of my favorites since I was young has been English Muffins, that morning muffin that is not a muffin at all.

With each little nook and empty spot there is an opportunity to fill it in with a flavorful butter or spread. For the past couple years my “go-to” spread has been a salted butter, and a peach preserve. I have wanted to expand my AM pallet a bit, but have been unable to think of a flavorful spread other than the typical offerings.

When I recently received an email that Rigoni Di Asiago had won numerous awards at a recent trade show, I was curious  the was becoming widely available I knew I wanted to give it a try.
